We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Solihull Christmas Lights Trail has been cancelled.
Since relocating the event from Partridge Visitor Centre to Lake Drive Estate, we’ve encountered substantial, unexpected costs in our efforts to create a truly magical experience. The total event costs have now surpassed £250,000. Despite our team’s dedication, ticket sales have been slower than anticipated, and continuing under these circumstances would require compromises that would prevent us from delivering the high standard of event we had envisioned.
We sincerely apologise for any disappointment this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
For those who have purchased tickets, our ticketing partner will automatically issue refunds, which may take up to two weeks to process. You don’t need to do anything for this to happen.
Additionally, one of our event partners, Himley Hall, is hosting a Christmas Lights Trail around their grounds, which may offer an alternative festive experience.
